    Research in my lab investigates molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease pathophysiology. We use an integrated approach that combines transgenic and knock-out mouse models of Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis, biochemical characterization, detailed subcellular localization, live-cell imaging, advanced microscopy, and electrophysiology to accomplish our goals.
