    Anthony J. Geroulis, MD, uses innovation, individualized attention, creativity and excellent surgical skills to provide high-quality plastic and cosmetic surgery care. Dr. Geroulis strives to achieve a natural look in facial cosmetic rejuvenation and unique results for each individual.

    A pioneer in the field of aesthetic eyelid surgery, Dr. Geroulis has expertise in the blepharoplasty-transconjunctival technique for under-eye bag removal and wrinkle reduction. He is also skilled in facial surgery techniques, including the endoscopic forehead/brow lift and the S-face lift. Dr. Geroulis directs instructional workshops on his advanced techniques for surgeons from around the world. He also directs the fellowship program in facial plastic and cosmetic surgery at the University of Chicago Medicine.

    Dr. Geroulis is the author of many scientific articles and educational videos found in the library of the American College of Surgeons. His many honors include accepting the Sandoz Recognition for Innovative Surgery and Continuing Science and the Most Distinguished Greek American in the Field of Medicine award. The Webster Society and Cosmetic Surgery Foundation have also recognized Dr. Geroulis for his breakthrough contributions in the field of cosmetic surgery.

    He has accepted invitations to discuss his surgical techniques and advancements in interviews on CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, WGN and CLTV broadcasts. Dr. Geroulis has also been featured in local, national and international print media, including Newsweek, Cosmopolitan, Bazaar, Marie Claire, Redbook, Chicago Tribune Magazine, Chicago Tribune Red Eye, Chicago Tribune Woman’s News, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago magazine, North Shore Magazine and Crain’s Chicago Business. He sits on the editorial review board for Chicago Health & Beauty. Dr. Geroulis also serves as an advisor to the Peer Review for the Illinois State Medical Insurance Exchange.
