Dr Phitsanuwong is a pediatric neurologist and epileptologist who specialises in the treatment of children with epilepsy. He has an expertise in the ketogenic diets for the treatment of difficult-to-control seizures. He also offers evaluation and care for children with epilepsy from a genetic disorder. His interests include dietary therapy for epilepsy, and the genetic of epilepsy, in addition to providing pediatric care for epilepsy and other neurological disorders.
Dr Phitsanuwong is also a program director for residency training program, serving as a mentor to child neurology residents and epilepsy fellows. His research interests include ketogenic diets and epilepsy genetics.
