overview My research focuses primarily on the evaluation of neurovascular disease using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). I research the development of Magnetic Resonance Imaging to diagnose and evaluate diseases that affect the vasculature and the underlying physiology. My focus has been primarily to neurovascular disease and stroke. However, given the system nature of vascular disease my work has a more broad appeal. Many of the conditions which precipitate neurovascular disease, such as atherosclerosis, have a common underpinning.
