overview MELISSA GILLIAM, MD, MPH is the Ellen H. Block Professor of Health Justice and Vice Provost at the University of Chicago. Her clinical focus is in pediatric and adolescent gynecology and family planning. Dr. Gilliam is the founder and director of Ci3, a research center at the University of Chicago.
