Overview Throughout my career, I have been dually dedicated to providing hiqh quality inpatient non-ICU care and creating educational innovations. Having received my Master of Health Professions Education, I have spent most of my career building educational curricula to improve how we train physicians, including finding ways to help faculty be better educators. More recently, I have become invested in exploring workforce issues in Pediatric Hospital Medicine, as well as implicit bias in medical education.
