This grant’s goals are to 1) quantify the clinical benefits of GLP1RAs and SGLT2Is in clinical trial data using network meta-analysis, 2) revise the U.S. Type 2 Diabetes Policy Model to account for the benefits and future costs of GLP1RAs and SGLT2Is, and 3) determine if alternative diabetes medication treatment guidelines, which prioritize GLP1RAs and SGLT2Is, would be valuable.
