The proposed study will analyze data from a diverse cohort of 145,894 older adults with type 2 diabetes in order to characterize patients’ experience with preferences for diabetes treatments, determine glycemic control levels associated with the lowest risk of adverse outcomes, and develop a decision support tool to inform individualizing care.
