    Bradford Chong MD is a board-certified gastroenterologist with expertise in both benign and malignant pancreatic diseases. He graduated with an MD from Rush Medical College of Rush University, followed by internal medicine residency training at USC/Los Angeles General Medical Center. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University and served as Chief Gastroenterology Fellow. He thereafter pursued an additional fellowship in medical pancreatology at Mayo Clinic.
    Dr. Chong serves as the Director of the Pancreas Program at the University of Chicago. His clinical interests include pancreatic cysts, pancreatic cancer, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic insufficiency. He is the Chair for the Pancreas Multi-Disciplinary Conference and Chair for the Pancreatitis-Pain Board. He is also the Co-Chair of the IgG4 Clinical Consortium at the University of Chicago. He is the principal investigator for several studies focusing on healthcare disparities in pancreatic cancer diagnosis and outcomes, as well as community-engaged research to increase genetic testing and identification of high-risk individuals for pancreatic cancer.
    Dr. Chong is also passionate about educating trainees and serves as the Director of the Pancreatology Elective for gastroenterology fellows at the University of Chicago.
