Overview My research focuses on understanding the genetic basis of complex traits and diseases by developing statistical methods and analyzing genomic and transcriptomic data. My interests include studying polygenic selection underlying complex traits and disease, detecting and understanding trans gene regulation, building gene regulatory networks and disease gene mapping.
