Lining of the STOMACH, consisting of an inner EPITHELIUM, a middle LAMINA PROPRIA, and an outer MUSCULARIS MUCOSAE. These glands consist of cells that secrete mucus, enzymes, HYDROCHLORIC ACID, or hormones.
