    Dr. Mahesh Padmanaban's primary clinical interest is in movement disorders, which includes tremor, dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, tics and Tourette's syndrome, chorea and Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease (PD), Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), multiple system atrophy (MSA), and cortical basal ganglionic degeneration (CBGD). His treatment methods include the use of medications, botulinum toxin injections and deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery when applicable for the treatment of these neurological conditions.
